Free Alarm Clock can do precisely that. I have been using it for a number of years. There is an install and a portable version on the site. The only thing that it cannot do is to switch the audio source for example if the audio output is set to front headphones, it cannot select rear audio output. EVERYONE knows they are not to wake me unless I ask them to. It often gives me a migraine to be dragged out of deep sleep.
