   A Reliable AI Tool for Recruitment Automation

   Skima AI is quite helpful when it comes to discovering the best candidates for a job role from a large number of applications. There's very little learning curve with the platform. One simply needs to add their job description and upload CV/resumes. The software will provide a list of ranked candidates with AI Matching Score based on the job. It's easy, it's fast and does the job.

   We have also integrated Skima with JazzHR which is our primary ATS and the process was fairly easy.
