Honestly, Upwork has been great. You might try sharegrid. I have never used that part of their offering, and I don't know how many editor jobs there are there. I guess there is always craigslist. If I look on snagajob.com and search for cleaner, there are families that are looking for a part time cleaner but they probably only speak English.
