  Honestly, Upwork has been great. You might try sharegrid. I have never used that part of their offering, and I don't know how many editor jobs there are there. I guess there is always craigslist.   Most of the job posts I see on indeed.com and simplyhired.com list a requirement for ReactJS/Angular/VueJS.   Have you considered contract work? It would get your foot in the door and get you a paycheck. Get a free resume review at https://www.topresume.com/ and make sure your LI profile matches it. Also, do a search on your job position and make sure you are maximizing key words so the ATS picks up your resume. You can also post your resume to hired.com and let companies interview you.
