HIVEOS I know used to come with like 3 free rigs, I've heard lately you get one, its easy to use, easy to setup and flash, all is controlled from a web page, I use SMOS simplemining.net works great and if your psu is the problem it will likely tell you depending on the miner you use, but whatever miner you use...
