  It is. Most startups in the EU have to use more and more businesses in the EU. The selection is little, so way more changes to succeed if your EU based and serve both markets.   I have a few servers colocated in a datacenter for histre.com, which is a knowledge system for everyone. Histre does a lot of machine learning, and there is a GPU on the server (Tesla T4) that's often idle. I figured it can run Stable Diffusion when the GPU is idle so that people get to experience SD for free, and perhaps hear about histre too. That's not my main motivation though.
