Microsoft doesn't have built-in solutions for migrating data between tenants, so you or your consultant will need to use third party tools. The consultant we hired used Quest (https://www.quest.com/migration-manager/) for migrating Exchange data like mailboxes/groups and OneDrive. For this application, Elm controlled the routing. So, I had to adapt the scripts to deploy to Netlify instead of GitHub Pages. Why?
