Mouse: I believe this requires 3rd party app, if there is MacOS option for that please enlighten me, I have a Logitech mouse and Logitech software has settings for that but there are other, non-brand specific tools e.g. scroll-reverser (available in brew or here), which BTW can also change behavior of the trackpad if you want those options modified in one place. An honorary mention goes to reWASD as well. Its a paid, but cheap, controller remapper that allows for various profiles for different games and controllers. I use this to play emulated switch games on my phone, via sunshine and moonlight, with a gamesir x2 bluetooth controller.
