I used to use the "Colour overlay" extension but that was actually so bad and not compatible with either Linux or Vivaldi. These are both hosted on userstyles.world. I recommend using them with the Stylus browser extension, which works on Chrome, Firefox (including Firefox Nightly for Android) and Opera.
