Settlers VI is functional under Linux using WINE, but I expect Photon would work better. As for Adobe software, which bits do you need? Krita covers Photoshop and Illustrator in one, and we use Saola Animate for our Flash replacement at my digital signage company, which can work under WINE perfectly well, or in a VM. Looks like it is—they started out with the same color scheme just without the splashes [0], then changed the colors when someone recognized it. From the thread it sounds like an honest mistake. They seem to have assumed that everything on icons8 [1] was up for grabs, when in fact a lot of trademarks are on there.
