Missive Reviews

  1. Best collaborative email app

Missive is by far the best collaborative email app for small/medium teams. I've tried many of them over the years and Missive just stands out. Also their team is super responsive and push bug fixes and new features weekly.

I'm considering switching from Matrix / Element to rocket.chat for a small instance (< 10 people) I host for my friends. However there is something during the setup process that gives me pause:. Source: 11 months ago
  • Answer honestly: How many of you are gradually moving away from Discord to alternatives and how are you handling it?
Depends on what do you exactly mean, but the obvious answers to this question are either: Revolt, Matrix(for instance, Element, etc.), Guilded, etc. I suppose rocket.chat and Slack could be considered as well. Source: 11 months ago

  • How does one work with emails as comments to tasks?
Another alternative that many ClickUp users rely on is Missive (https://missiveapp.com). It offers similar functionality to Front but at a more affordable price. However, let's be honest, it still revolves around converting emails into URL links within ClickUp tasks and vice versa in the email app. The aesthetics leave much to be desired, and with the updated way links are displayed in task comments or with... • Best Mac Mail app
Missive is a really good email client and made us love email again. It's not cheap (they have a free version) but it's great and still cheaper than Superhuman. Source: 12 months ago
  • Self-Hosted Team-Email (like Missive, Spark, Front)
So, I am currently setting up an array of self hosted solutions for our dev team including chat, wiki, etc. The only thing missing is some sort of collaborative Team-Mail Client like Spark, Missive, Front and the sorts. Source: over 1 year ago

Amen to that. We reached $2M ARR as 3 engineers at Missive [1]. As the CTO, I can tell life wouldn’t quite be the same without the ability to save the day in the production console at the speed of light. [1] https://missiveapp.com/. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago

I love Streak for singleplayer but prefer Missive or Front for collaboration. It would be awesome if someone can turn Gmail into a collaboration hub like https://missiveapp.com/ or Front with this SDK. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
