  You're probably better off using home assistant if possible. In the case that you can't, what you can do is create some type of script that will send a web hook to IFTTT as soon as you log on that will turn your smart plug on, and another one that will do the opposite when you log off.   There's an Android app called Tasker that is much more flexible and powerful. It allows you to set up rules that trigger actions based on the contexts of your choosing, including combinations of contexts (ie location + time). It's $3.50 in the Google Play store.
