Check for facilities positions at places. The work is mostly maintenance like repairs and electrical stuff. You could also talk to a job recruiting firm like Robert Half(http://roberthalf.com). For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn.
