I had wanted to just take one, instead of one for this and one for that, so looking what was included I started taking ritual https://ritual.com/products/essential-multivitamin-for-men. Source: about 1 year ago

I eat a pretty varied diet which lean's keto (Think south beach) and I take an active interest in health. I also supplement regularly with a variety of vitamins and minerals (Zinc, Selenium, Chlorella, C, and D) and am in the process of consolidating those down to a multivitamin (this one: https://ritual.com/products/essential-multivitamin-for-men). I don't do full yoga but trying out calm.com and just some mind clearing meditation daily is great for unclenching the upper stomach muscles around the diaphragm that you don't realize clench from day-to-day stress. I remember wanting to try it when I was younger because I've always had an issue with holding onto anger and frustration but was told the whole "emptying your mind lets Satan in" business.
