I saw www.calltrackingmetrics.com ; ringcentral.com ; twilio.com ; Zadarma. At this moment it seems that calltrackingmetrics seems to be the first solution I would try because they put in front of their ads the fact to track with google ads. Twilio seems to be too much complex to use and they don't have an iPhone app ; ringcentral I don't know and Zadarma seems good. Source: almost 3 years ago
I use unitelvoice.com. It works fine has an app and can forward to my cell number. Used to use ringcentral.com it was fine when it worked but support was crap. Source: about 3 years ago

They can be very useful for: - bypassing antiquated per connection throttles on otherwise fast servers by downloading chunks in parallel - downloading files such as videos from sites that don't really want you to download the file I have never heard of the program in the article, but this one still sees many active users on windows for the above reasons: https://jdownloader.org/. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
If they don't play in the browser, those videos might be removed. You can also try jdownloader just in case. Source: 11 months ago
... Then you can download them in bulk using https://jdownloader.org/. Source: 11 months ago
A while ago, I did a data request, so I could download all saved content myself with jDownloader. Tonight I'll be nuking my account. I'm simply not interested in participating in — or supporting — Reddit anymore. Source: 11 months ago
