Since FastAPI is just a web framework, it can be used with nearly any DB/NoSQL DB framework that supports Python and your O/S and database driver of choice. Others have mentioned MongoDB and associated PyMongo derivatives, which is probably going to be your main option. This is essentially a watered down version of the "MVC" architecture. I use http lib of node for server and requests, cheerio for webscraping and Sendinblue for sending the emails and mongodb (atlas) for storing all of the data.
