Request Tracker is an older ticket system that also does asset management and can associate tickets with assets. Genuity is what I use. It's simple and licensing is cheap and the devs listen to their customers suggestions. Genuity can also do asset inventory as well as other things like network monitoring and telecom/vendor expenses and there's an agent that can be installed on your PCs.
