I had used rentalcars.com but then after a while I started getting nervous (I read the voucher). I did more research and the company I had picked had really sketchy reviews. I think you imagine this more complicated as it is. I've experienced processes of car rental companies as speedy and comfortable. We always book via rentalcars.com at a premium rental company. This gives you a significant discount. I use rentalcars.com only for the rental - NOT for the additional insurance. This you get from the front desk member when you pick up the car.
