Great password manager with a one-time payment?

Recommended and mentioned products

  1. Strongbox began as a side project because there were no password managers on iOS that supported the Password Safe file format. Password Safe was one a leading password manager for Windows and was initially created by cryptographer Bruce Schneier.

There are a few password managers like Minimalist and Strongbox (KeePass ecosystem) that leverage the macOS autofill API but unfortunately it's not a good experience (due to Apple's fault; their apps are great). Both provide one time purchases.
  2. Password manager for iPhone, iPad, Mac, with iCloud Sync

There are a few password managers like Minimalist and Strongbox (KeePass ecosystem) that leverage the macOS autofill API but unfortunately it's not a good experience (due to Apple's fault; their apps are great). Both provide one time purchases.
  3. LastPass is an online password manager and form filler that makes web browsing easier and more secure.

Lastpass, just bad UX and bad reputation around security, subscription only.
  4. Dashlane is a secure way to bypass tedious logins, forms, and purchases online. Save all of your information and save time in your online transactions.

Dashlane, I didn't like, too limited in many ways (custom fields etc), subscription only.
  5. Bitwarden is a free and open source password management solution for individuals, teams, and business organizations.

    freemium $10.0 / Annually (Premium)

Bitwarden is free (premium only gets you convenience features) and proven for the most part.
  6. 1Password can create strong, unique passwords for you, remember them, and restore them, all directly in your web browser.

paid Free Trial $36.0 / Annually

1Password provides and best user experience (IMHO) and is definitely the most polished on the bunch, subscription only.
