I'm finding a lot of 1000-1200 apartments on rent.com, I'm just not sure about the areas they are in. Like I said I used to live in Fox Chase and have been looking there but I am open to other areas. I just want to avoid places like Kensington and Nicetown-Tioga. Source: 6 months ago
Check rent.com and craigslist to see what the market is like for renting, redfin and zillow for housing market prices. Source: 11 months ago
I'd just look on craigslist, facebook, or rent.com if I were her. I got my apartment on craigslist and it's beautiful! Source: 11 months ago
In our market the MLS is a viable source of tenants along with Zillow. Zillow is good for marketing, not for valuation. Also use Apartments.com and rent.com and do not use craigslist at all. It's terrible for decent tenants here. Each market is different. Source: 11 months ago
I will be moving out of my home in early 2024 due to a pending divorce and I need to find a 1br1ba place or bigger. I have been checking CL recently to get an idea again what rent costs and I often cross check the price with zillow or rent.com, aparements.com as well. I often find the same place listed for quite a bit more on the other sites so Im thinking the CL ad is a scam. Are there legit rentals on CL that... Source: 11 months ago
I recently purchased 40 acres of land with one of my oldest friends. We incorporated an LLC in the state we live in using legalzoom.com prior to our purchase. The purpose of an LLC is that it's a holding company for our shared property. Think of it as your own mini property management company for everyone involved to "work at." We created an operating agreement that outlines how we handle shared costs and the... Source: over 1 year ago
Step 3. Now that you have jobs scheduled its time to get insurance and register an LLC. To register an LLC you have two options, you can either register it yourself through your states website or state building or pay rocketlawyer to do it for you. (Cost to do yourself $80-140, Cost to have rocketlawyer do it for you, $200-400). Start googling liability insurance for cleaning companies, talk to a minimum of 3... Source: over 1 year ago

The LLC is to protect your assets incase someone sues you. Its definitely worth it in my opinion, unless you dont have anything to your name like a house, car, large sum of money in the bank. Just go to legalzoom.com or nolo.com they have guides to help you setup an LLC for peanuts like $120. Having this LLC will cost $800 per year for the LLC tax. Now what youll also see is that you are currently having to pay... Source: about 2 years ago
