• USPS lost the phone I sent in for my upgrade, am I covered? Filed a claim with USPS after they didn’t update tracking progress for a week. This is what they said. I contacted Assurant and filed a claim and reached out to T-Mobile as well.

  I'm in the same boat. USPS tracking never showed it as delivered, just delayed. Fortunately I checked my passport status and they show it has been processing since early February. I never received any delivery notifications from the USPS or US State Department. Source: about 1 year ago

  Slack has a feature to schedule messages, also a bunch of bots that do various scheduling tasks… Also you could use a email marketing tool like Mailchimp that could allow you scheduling Mails far a head. But any service you choose should be around somewhat longterm right? It will probably require some money and a bit of luck for the service or app of choice to stay around for a while.
