  I know that at Linkedin you can post a job ad for free but the quality is pathetic. I recieved 900 applications in 1 hour and none of them was worth interviewing.   She sets the context of the problem, and then has a quick ice breaker. One of them is having 30 circles on an a4 page and then telling people to draw inside or outside the circles.
