I often use refurb.me to track availability of refurbished Macs in the Apple refurb store. I just checked the pricing of the M1 Minis, they're all out of stock, but the pricing is higher than before. Source: over 1 year ago

I'm curious what you mean by that. I think Apple refurbs are fantastic and I buy them when I can (for work, personal, etc.). I think other brand's/third-party refurbs give that category a bad name, but I would definitely recommend Apple's to anyone. Any mac Apple offers becomes available from Apple as a refurb, direct from Apple, for significantly less than the identical new item. Anywhere from $150 to several hundred less, as you climb the price tiers.
