I'm already using Google Keep but there's a physical agenda on the side, then a physical diary, then reflection.app, my work calendar on the work phone that I can't sync on my home computer... Lately I have just been "writing" my thoughts in this journal app I found - reflection.app. Its a place where I can quickly jot down a thought I have before it leaves my head. I do this when I think of something I know I need to fully think about later because it seems VERY important that I continue the thought. In the past I used to use an online app called DIARIOAPP (before they went to more of a subscription model); I also used Microsoft Word before that. More recently I've been trying out Microsoft One Note Journaling with One Note. I have an iPad, an Android cell phone, and a Windows computer--so I prefer a tool that is muli-platform.
