  We use radio.co. Am just a DJ, not station manager, so I can't tell you how you start and setup an account, but from what I know, it's very straightforward.   Others, try using Hotel.com and booking.com in advance, but they are not guaranteed rooms, and almost every year I see people trying to argue with the front desk that they have a reservation.
