I use Quickbooks self-employed, which is cheaper than regular Quickbooks. For me it's pretty adequate. I use it for receipts, mileage, and billing. It's a comparable fee if someone pays with a credit card, and no fee if someone pays via ACH. Source: about 2 years ago

Nova uses Open Banking APIs so no need for manual input of transactions. Everything is automated - even bill detection. So I can't put a number on how many years it'll add to your retirement target, but these are the main factors. There a few decent forecasting tools like Projectionlab for long-term planning and Nova Money for the daily stuff.
