Apart from the survey-building, I have been using Qualaroo because it offers tons of different channels to deploy your surveys, and you can collect feedback from your users no matter where they are. There are also plenty of integration options to make the most out of the survey data.
We wanted to collect feedback from the leaving customers, so we used surveys and triggers to show our pop-up as the visitors were about to leave the website. Using Qualaroo, we have been able to quickly gauge the mood of our customers by deploying NPS surveys on our website. Users never mind filling out these NPS surveys regularly because they literally take just a click.
