When I searched online I couldn't find an "industry standard" solution to this problem. What I ended up doing was using the popular tool PurgeCSS along with a quick Python script to generate the appropriate command. LottieFiles is indeed great for things like this, there's also other sites like https://icons8.com/animated-icons which offer simple animated icons in unified styles in Lottie format (LottieFiles is more people rightfully showing off in a lot of cases, there's some really nice stuff on it).
