I've seen Copper CRM work quite well for contractors (assuming that your team is using or open to using Google Workspace - if you're not using Google Workspace, I'd probably ask why not? I see the train station is just in the airport, cool, but why is it impossible to buy tickets for most trains? I tried multiple times since my order (months ago) using bahn.de, thetrainline.com, omio.com and it's still unable to provide the simplest train tickets we want :'(. Source: 9 months ago

I recommend omio.com and checking train prices in cp.pt and flixbus and https://rede-expressos.pt/en/ for bus prices. Within Lisbon you will have to see what works better depending on where the bus or train takes you. Source: about 1 year ago
