Not sure why you're being downvoted. If they're using a system like Proctorio (which most virtual exams do) you aren't going to be able to do it in a public space as they make you scan the room with your device camera. Both the exam and the train ticket must have been planned more than a day in advance, I'm not sure how people constantly get themselves into these last minute situations. Source: almost 2 years ago

Libraries are always an invaluable tool to recommend and can help you get hold of books, for me jstor.org with 100 articles a month on a free account, academia.edu has free papers have been very useful as a platform....
