Using this specifically for school. It has all the features of microsoft to-do and google tasks. After using Notion, I became accustomed to viewing tasks in a certain date range and being able to tag assignments, which neither of the aforementioned apps could do the same way. This keeps track of all tasks, their due date, type tags, and folders separated by class. Simple and fast windows app, android app, and android widgets.

I’ve used Priority Matrix for about 10 years at work. It’s the only thing that works for me—I’m pretty sure I bought a lifetime license when they first got started. Their are other similar apps (search Eisenhower Matrix) you could check out. I start out by dumping everything in what I call the “someday” square (bottom right). (The string of numbers will change depending on the particular list). The URL to jump to this list in the TickTick app is then "ticktick:///webapp/#p/123456789123456789/tasks".
