Both sets of NS servers maintain their own catalogs, so while ns1.godaddy.com will have the correct A records, MX, TXT, records etc, if the true information is at pressable.com NS you'll need to do a dig -t ALL on pressable.com's NS first, get all the data, and make sure it matches on GoDaddy's before changing the NS for the site. If you are not limited by budget, go with something like Kinsta (https://kinsta.com/). Else, check out Hustly (https://hustly.website/). Both have servers in the US and have Nginx servers.
