• Why would a Perpetual Withdrawal Rate ever be higher than Safe Withdrawal Rate?

  Ah, ok. So you need it to also do a comparison, or side-by-side of current vs. proposed. If I need to show a visual comparing two portfolios for any reason, I use portfoliovisualizer.com.
