   This is like the best solution I could find.

   My isp doesn't allow port forwarding and all other programs I could find all required me to pay for less than what this program does, just put it on my servers, works great!

  I find it unusual that you have a home connection over 4G with a public IP that is normally routeble. Usually over mobile you get a private IP. If you open ports on your IP public can you confirm that they are infact open? You can use something like https://portchecker.co/ to check that.
