I have the same issue. Sort of. Once I start checking any social media, I go down a rabbit hole of hours spent on various platforms. The one thing that has helped me is a timer, as odd as it sounds. I try to only do social media on my laptop and not my phone. That helps. And then on my laptop I use the free desktop app Pomy.
