Write it all down in a planner (hard copy or digital- I prefer paper because my pen-brain connection is stronger). Need to reply to an email? Schedule it for Thursday at 10am. Call a friend? Put it on the books with a time. Trash goes out on Tuesdays? Make a note with a checklist for Monday nights.
