  There’s an online practice called Plushcare. The company I work for offers it as a benefit and I’ve used it for urgent virtual care visits. They’ve been really good. But they also offer primary care. I have no idea how that works when you need to get labs and in-person exams done - which is why I chose to stick with my regular PCP. But thought I’d mention it. • Not so purple anymore: Just a heads' up, Air is Hazardous (301 and up per purpleair chart), for everyone in the area right now.

  The best site for air quality I've found so far is iqair.com. They seem to update fast and are the most accurate I've seen, including the ugly numbers in the 300s, in line with it looking particularly bad outside, as of this writing.
