I used multiple free hosters in the last few months and thats the best one i found so far.
very simple to use. and if you're having trouble you can go to their discord and they will help you out. Much better than forge, more mod viarity and you can even reccomend mods on their discord.

Right now the official Minecraft VR is absolutely terrible if you have java I suggest Vivecraft or MCXR. I use MCXR because of the sodium support. I would assume not. They seem to be CG-Nat based modems, you'd need to invest in solutions like localxpose or gaming vpns like Cyberghost VPN if you need ports. I don't think CG-Nat will ever support port forwarding. Source: 11 months ago
