There's a fair amount of overlap between all of them, so if you want to Pareto minmax it, I would recommend starting with Refactoring UI, which should help provide practical solutions to many situations and get rid of the most egregious horrors you might commit. Find some fundamental videos on Youtube or take an online course. Bring Your Own Laptop is good but honestly just plug "Learn UI" into Youtube and find someone that presents to your liking. They're all sharing the same stuff and there's thousands of them now. Figma offers a ton of videos that teaches you app and gives a sense of the basics.
