Planescape: Torment is a classic game, and probably my favorite D&D game. You start off dead in a morgue with no memory of who you are. From there, you have to explore the city and meet the locals to discover who you were as well as the invisible threat that is looming over the city. Source: about 2 years ago
Disco Elysium, for sure, if you haven't already played it. Ticks all your boxes in its own way. You play a detective solving a murder, but you got so drunk you have no idea who you are or what you've done. Disco Elysium - Open world interactive fiction with minor RPG elements. I currently have this on my Wishlist as it's garnered a lot of great reviews about making choices. The "RPG" is much weaker than expected, so it's not the main focus of the game, but it feels like a persona without the battles. Source: over 1 year ago
