All you can do is rule out your own equipment. It sounds like a connectivity problem though if your internet is dropping lately. I'd recommend setting up a ping check on your laptop (you can use EMCO or just the inbuilt command line tool on your laptop) - See if your internet (or network) drops out or if your latency (ping response time) fluctuates at the same time as you have Twitch issues on your PS5. Playing around with the ER8411 with 5Gbps internet and I am able to get download speeds of 4.9~5.0Gbps but no matter which site I test with; fast.com, wifiman.com, openspeedtest.com, or speedtest.net I am unable to get beyond 1Gbps upload. Source: 11 months ago
