Over the years, I’ve used more knowledge base software than I would like to remember. PHPKB is far and away the best solution I’ve encountered. It’s robust and full-featured, yet intuitive, fast and easy-to-use. Oh, and their customer support team is world class.
Based on our record, tawk.to seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 47 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I've tried tawk.to and created separate agent profiles for each dealer but I cannot find how to restrict access only to their listings so not everyone can join the others live chat as it happens atm. Has anyone tried something like this before to guide me ? Any suggestions? Source: 10 months ago

Okay. I have deleted my cookies and browsing data. That should be safe enough measure. right? Although I am unable to access tawk.to website now. Maybe they have blocked my IP or something. Source: about 1 year ago
I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
