I use Photoglory for photo restoration and colorization, and I must say it's horribly overlooked. Source: 7 months ago
Photoglory is amazing, it can colorize photos automatically or you can do it manually, and it's so good at removing scratches and stains if the photo is too old and worn-out. Source: 10 months ago
Not on a daily basis, but I use Photoglory a lot. It's an old photo restoration software, and while everything could be done in Photoshop, I prefer this one as it's much simpler and does a lot of things automatically. Source: 11 months ago
Photoglory, it works wonders for old and faded/damaged photos. Source: 11 months ago
Actually that depends on what you use and how frequent you use it, etc. I have Spotify and Youtube premium and softwarewise, I have paid lifelong licenses for Photoglory (software to restore old photos), Interior design 3d (home design program) and I used to have a PicsArt premium, but now I use the online version of their app. Source: 11 months ago
If the picture is of law quality or scratched try to improve it before colorizing. You can do it using Photoshop or GIMP (HSV contrast, white balance, noise reduction, etc.) or use an online tool. I can recommend You the three following: https://imagecolorizer.com/repair.html, https://www12.lunapic.com/editor/, https://hotpot.ai/restore-picture?s=side-ad. Hard to say which one is better, depends always on picture... Source: almost 3 years ago
It's a great idea, I absolutely second this. The only problem is that grandma's photo may be too old and faded, in this case you'll have to use something like Photoglory or ImageColorizer to restore it and probably add some color. Source: almost 3 years ago
