It's easy to register/login, add multiple passkeys, give each passkey a different name, etc. I'm not familiar with Hanko (the team behind passkeys.io). They seem to be just another cloud-based identity and authentication platform, albeit with a nice open source framework and a self hosted version. Source: over 1 year ago

Correct. Nothing is centralized about Passkey (other than where you may choose to store your authenticators). Each site gets a unique keypair. If your keypair is compromised you can delete it on that given site. If you want to try it out go to https://passkeys.io on your Android or iOS device.
