There is also https://us.ovhcloud.com/ which appears to be a different site entirely. If I attempt to make an account here, I simply never receive a verification email, although verification works fine via the other URLs. There is a warning about US customers prior to 2018 can sign in via ovh.com/world, which if I follow this out of curiosity, it brings me to the site that redirects me to ca.ovh.com. I added cloudflare-dns.com as a static entry and cleared cache. Cleared cache on my machine and pinged google.com. There were 2 DNS requests against both dynamic servers. I then pinged yahoo.com and 2 more DNS requests were created. I have not looked in Wireshark to see if the DNS requests are requests to the destination URL or if it's to cloudflare-dns.com.
