Htis it possible to export/integrate pepakura models to origami simulator(https://origamisimulator.org/)? Source: about 1 year ago
It's better to use more modern tools. I personally use this Origami Simulator from the MIT. You just need to draw your design in Illustrator or any vector software, export it as svg, and upload it to the simulator. It has lots of control and even strain visualisation. Source: about 1 year ago
It's kludgy, but you can approximate this with Fusion360's sheet metal tools. If your flat-pack is well structured, you can just throw it at Origami Simulator and export an OBJ or STL: https://origamisimulator.org/ Unsurprisingly, Amanda Ghassei is behind both Fantastic Fold and Origami Simulator: https://amandaghassaei.com/. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
I bet you will find https://origamisimulator.org/ very disappointing, but it is awfully useful for trying out new computationally designed patterns. Source: over 1 year ago
You’re right, It's mostly about the material. There are several patterns that can do the trick. There has been a great website recently that catalogs all of them. With interactive demos too. Source: over 1 year ago

B) use one of the existing parallax hover libraries or tutorials. Https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvjiTCHC-uY Https://atroposjs.com/ Just to post the first two google hits. Didn't want to put search deeper. I would use custom code if you want to have the same effect. Source: about 1 year ago
Is there any plugin or something maybe for elementor that can do this https://atroposjs.com/ ? Source: about 1 year ago
I generally use Atropos for such 3D hover effects and the cursor following shine effect is pretty easy and you can find tons of guides online for that. Source: over 1 year ago
