We have had our induction with Ewan today, he walked us through the portal and helped setting up some employees and a drafted rota. The session was then extended for extra questions. Brilliant service and support! Thank you very much
We are currently in the midst of swapping HR/H&S provider over to Bright. What can I say, so far exceptional. The platform is so much easier to navigate around. I'm not tech savvy at all and even for my competencies - It is easy, very user friendly. Still early days but so far, so good.

I'm using Organimi! It's a cloud-based org chart tool that I find really easy to use and navigate. You can import CSV/Excel files with your org's data to quickly create a chart. Maybe you could create an org chart for your team so that you can see their names and pictures and visualize where each of them sits in your company's hierarchy? I've tried creating org charts on Organimi and I find it really useful and easy to use.
