It's not hard to run a server with Sia and have it run constantly. I mean that is more or less what filebase does for you. I'm not sure how feasible it is to do it without payment/sign up but I guess http://opacity.io is something you may like, it's going to use Sia soon and there is no sign up. Source: about 2 years ago

Secure remote access can be facilitated through encrypted tunnels. VPNs, SSH, Cloudflare tunnel, SOCKS, etc. Can all be secure ways of remotely accessing network resources. What you use will vary, depending upon the type of access you require and/or prefer.
