My only complaint is sort of a double edged sword. The "Armor of Aquilla" ability, I really really like. But, I can see some potential issues with it. He presents a reliable approach for finding an audience to serve, "embedding" yourself into their communities, finding good problems to solve, and building your product in public with & for them.
