Don't pay for it there are free options out there. okcupid.com was great for me because they are poly/queer friendly. There’s apps like Gurushots that make it like a game. You could even audit a class at a local college and try their assignments. Try contacting a local paper, sports blog, or music website to see if they need photographers for events as well.
